摘要
分析了显示器面板的结构特点,使用Mold Flow软件对塑件的注射成型过程进行CAE模拟分析,确定了模具的浇注系统、冷却系统。在模拟分析的基础上运用UG NX6.0软件完成了模具设计。模具采用潜伏式浇口、斜导柱侧抽芯及斜顶抽芯机构及合理的冷却系统,模具结构设计合理。
The structure eharacteristies of display panel are analyzed. MohlFlow software has been used to simulate the filling process of the product to detemaine the feeding system and the cooling system. The mold has been designed to he a 2-plate mold with a suhmarine gate. Insert method, bevel guide pillar method and lifting mechanism have been combined to achieve side-core pulling, based on which the design of the mold has been accomplished.
