摘要
国网公司已在多个省份建成了省级电能计量设备自动检定系统。为了总结前期经验,建立更为高效的检定模式,结合检定业务工作流程,讨论了基于普通纸箱、纸质周转箱和塑料周转箱三种物料箱的周转模式,对比了不同方案下的业务环节和检定流程。并综合考虑检定系统投资成本、物料检定频次、区域差异等因素,分析提出了适用于不同省市的物料箱设计方案,实现最大化降低成本、节约资源、改进工作模式的目的。最后对南方沿海地区实际情况进行分析讨论,给出了周转模式设计方案。
Auto-verification system has been widely applied in provincial electric metrology centers. This paper analyses the verification processes using different material boxes (e.g. ordinary cardboard, paper turnover box and plastic turnover box) in order to establish more intensive and efficient mode. Considering the investment cost, verification frequency and regional difference, this paper proposes several schemes under different situations with the goal of building a low-cost and high-efficiency center. As an example, this paper studies the situation in Guangdong province and proposes a turnover solution.
