摘要
目的:观察微型针刀松解结合王氏整脊手法治疗面肌痉挛的临床疗效。方法:采用随机抽样法将所选研究病例分为两组,治疗组采取针刀结合手法治疗;对照组采用传统电针治疗。观察两组治疗前后疗效情况。结果:两组病例治疗后总有效率比较差异有统计学意义,经治疗后两组痉挛强度评分均较治疗前有所降低,但治疗组较对照组下降更明显(P<0.05)。结论:微型针刀松解结合王氏整脊手法治疗面肌痉挛具有临床疗效确切,操作简单,安全可靠且无毒副作用等优点,值得临床推广及运用。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect on facial spasm with micro acupotomy and chiropractic. Methods：70 patients with hemifacial spasm were randomized into control group（n=36）and treatment group（n=34）. The treatment group was intervened with acupotomy and chiropractic therapy and the control group was treated with electroacupuncture. The curative effect of the two groups before and after treatment were observed. Result：The difference of the total effective rate after treatment had statistical significance. After treatment,The spastic intensity scores of the two groups were lower than before,the treatment group decreased more significantly,the differences were statistically significant compared to control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The micro acupotomy and chiropractic therapy has exact clinical curative effect on facial spasm and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
