摘要
目的采用慢性不可预见性轻度应激建立大鼠抑郁症模型。方法选用SPF雄性大鼠,通过慢性不可预见性轻度应激制作抑郁症模型。观察大鼠体重和摄食量的变化,记录液体消耗实验和强迫游泳实验结果。结果与对照组比较,受到慢性不可预见性轻度应激的大鼠体重增长值、摄食量明显低于对照组(P<0.05),液体消耗试验中糖水消耗和糖水偏好指数明显下降(P<0.01),强迫游泳5min内静止不动时间明显延长(P<0.001)。结论慢性不可预见性轻度应激可以成功建立大鼠抑郁症模型。
Objective To establish the rat model of depression by chronic unpredictable mild stress (CUMS). Methods Male specific pathogen free rats were exposed to an unpredictable sequence of mild stres-sors. The changes of rats body weight and food intake were observed, and the forced--swimming and fluid consumption experiment results were recorded. Results Comparing to rats in the control group, rats exposed to CUMS showed decreased body weight and food intake ( P 〈0.05) ; a significant reduction of sucrose solutions consumption and sucrose solutions preference index in fluid consumption experiment ( P 〈0.01);the motionless time was prolonged during forced-swimming for 5 minutes ( P 〈0. 001). Conclusion Rat model of depression can be established successfully by CUMS.
