铬交联部分水解聚丙烯酰胺弱凝胶的剪切性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用HAKKE流变仪考察铬交联部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)弱凝胶在不同温度、助剂和不同成胶阶段下的剪切性能。研究表明:最佳用量为w(交联剂)=0.25%~0.30%,配制的弱凝胶属于假塑性流体,在一定的剪切速率范围内(0~200 s-1),温度越高,弱凝胶的黏度越小,剪切变稀的现象越不明显。加入助剂Na HCO3促进成胶,凝胶强度较大,剪切后的最终黏度较高,助剂的最佳用量为150 mg/L。处于诱导期的交联聚合物溶液黏性小,表现牛顿流体的特性;加速期和平稳期的弱凝胶在0.74 s-1剪切速率下能保持较高的黏度,但剪切速率增大到21.0 s-1时,弱凝胶体系结构发生破坏,黏度降低明显。 The influences of temperature,additive and stage of different stages of gelation on shearing action for chromium crosslinking partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide (HPAM) weak gels were studied through HAKKE rheometer.The results showed that the best dose of erosslinker was 0.25% 0.30%,the weak gel was a type of pseudoplastic fluid.In a certain range of shearing rate (0 - 200 s^-1) ,the higher the temperature, the smaller the viscosity of weak gel was, and the shear-thinning phenomenon was not obvious.The gelatinization would be promoted when NaHCO3 was added, bring a high gel strength,and a high viscosity after shearing,which the best dose was 150 mg/L.Viscosity of crosslinked polymer soliation in induction period was small and was a Newtonian fluid; Under the shearing rate of 0.74 s^-1 ,weak gel of acceleration period and stable period can maintain a higher viscosity, but the structure of gel system damaged and viscosities reduced when shearing rate increased to 21.0 s^-1.
