摘要
良性毛囊肿瘤是一大类起源于毛囊的良性肿瘤,组织学上具有和正常毛囊结构的一个或多个部分相似的特征。临床上,大部分良性毛囊肿瘤为单发无症状的丘疹结节,部分可以为多发损害,组织病理上则各有特点。文中以正常毛囊的组织学结构为基础,对主要毛囊良性肿瘤的临床病理特征进行综述,从而进一步提高皮肤科医生对良性毛囊肿瘤的理解和认识。
Benign follicular neoplasms comprise a large group of benign neoplasms derived from hair follicles. They display the resembling histological characteristics or embryological development with one or several portions of normal hair follicle. Clinically,most benign follicular tumor present it as a solitary asymptomatic papule or nodule,while histopathologically they have different features respectively. In the article,based on the histological features of normal hair follicle,we overviewed the clinical and pathological features of benign follicular tumors to guide the dermatologists for further understanding of them.
