摘要 太极拳是中医阴阳辨证理论与武术、引导、经络等理论相结合的养生术,是中医"法于阴阳,和于术数"法则指导下养生实践的具体形式之一。太极拳包含阴阳、动静、刚柔等养生对待原理和对精气神的锻炼,对于习练者悟性和道德有很高要求,故不同的人习练会有不同的结果和境界。现代科研证明习练太极拳可以达到祛病健身和延年益寿的功效,所以太极拳可以作为中医养生的一种静功或健身气功来进行推广和习练。 Tai Chiis combination of yin and Yang of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical theory and martial arts, daoyin and meridian theory of health, is the method of traditional Chinese medicine in the Yin and Yang, and in operation under the guidance of the law of the specific forms of health practice one of the. Taiji contains Yin and Yang, static and dynamic, flexible and rigid and health treatment principle and on the essence of jingqishen exercise, for practicer's savvy and moral have very high requirements, so different people practicing will have different results and state. Modern scientific research proves that practicing Taijiquan can achieve a fitness and longevity of the effect. So the Tai Chi can be used as a static or moving to Chinese health promotion and training.
