本文概述了辽宁省大伙房水库PCCP管线输水安全运行的重要性及出现管线爆管情况的危害性,通过逻辑分析确定爆管隐患影响因素,运用模糊评价方法全面分析得出爆管隐患对输水管线安全运行的影响程度,并详细论述了爆管预防应对措施。
In the paper, the importance of PCCP pipeline water conversion safety operation and pipeline explosion hazards in Liaoning Dahuofang Reservoir is overviewed. The factors affecting explosion hazard are determined through logic analysis. Fuzzy evaluation method is applied for comprehensively analyzing and obtaining the influence degree of explosion hazard on safe operation of water pipeline. Corresponding measures for preventing explosion are described in detail.
