摘要
通过对东阿县小型农田水利重点县项目新技术应用探讨,指出了加强新技术的应用是水利现代化的重要途径,是农业产业结构调整的必然选择,是现代水利化农业发展的必然结果,进一步总结新技术的应用,为农田水利技术改造提供成功经验。
Application of project new technology in small irrigation and water conservancy key countries of Dong＇ e County is discussed. It is proved that reinforcement of new technology application is an important approach of water conservancy modernization, inevitable choice of agricultural industrial structure adjustment, and inevitable result of modern irrigation agriculture development. Application of new technology is further summarized. Successful experience is provided for technical reform of irrigation and water conservancy.
