Storage System Capacity Evaluation for Distributed Photovoltaic Distribution Network Based on Ordinal Optimization

摘要 我国分布式光伏发电产业近年来实现快速增长,对所在配电网的运行提出严峻挑战。由于分布式光伏发电具有随机性、波动性与不确实性,需要一定容量的储能系统来提供灵活的调节能力,以实现配电网的安全可靠运行。因此,研究针对分布式光伏配电网储能系统的容量评估具有重要意义。建立考虑分布式光伏并网的配电网运行模拟模型,利用多场景生成技术与序优化求解方法,模拟不同储能系统容量规划下的分布式光伏并网运行情况,从而得到最优配电网储能系统配套容量。结果表明,利用序优化方法可以实现快速高效求解,得到适应于配电网运行需求的储能系统容量配置方案。 The development of distributed photovoltaic in China is rapid in recent years,which brings great challenges to the operation of distribution network. Due to the randomness,fluctuation and uncertainty of the distributed photovoltaic,the storage system is required to supply flexible adjustment ability to meet the need of safe and reliable operation of distribution network. Therefore,it is meaningful to research the storage system capacity evaluation for the distributed photovoltaic in distribution network. This paper establishes the distribution network operation simulation model with considering the influence of the integrated distributed photovoltaic; and adopts the scenario generation technique and the ordinal optimization method to simulate the the operation situation of distributed photovoltaic with different storage system capacity schemes,in order to obtain the optimal capacity of energy storage system for distribution network. The results show that fast and efficient solution can be achieved by using ordinal optimization method,which can obtain the capacity allocation scheme of energy storage system to meet the requirements of distribution network operation.
