摘要
超细活性氢氧化铝晶种制备是拜耳法生产高白氢氧化铝微粉的关键环节。本文对比了不同引发剂制备超细活性氢氧化铝晶种的效果,以碳酸氢钠作为引发剂制备出粒度细、形貌规整、活性好的氢氧化铝晶种,将其应用于中美铝业万吨级高白氢氧化铝微粉工业生产中,通过料液环形布料、高剪切传质等技术进一步强化了晶种活性,获得了各项指标良好的氢氧化铝微粉产品。
The preparation of ultrafine active aluminum hydroxide seed is the key step to produce high - white aluminum hydroxide micro powder by Bayer process. The results of uhrafine active aluminum hydroxide seed prepared by different initiators were analyzed. Tile active aluminum hydroxide seed with regular morphology and fine size was obtained by sodium hydrogen carbonate as initiator. The method was applied in ten thousands ton high - white alumi- num micro powder industrial production process, and the activity of crystal seed was enhanced by ring distribution, high shearing mass transfer and other technologies. The aluminum hydroxide micro powder production with good performances was obtained.
