摘要 本文通过差热/热重联机(DTA/TGA)测定了硫酸铝的失水过程来研究其动力学机理,并对DTA、TG图谱进行分析,探讨其脱水过程可能的类型以及水合硫酸铝脱水的升温特点。在假定硫酸铝分解机理函数的情况下,得到了30种不同机理函数所对应的动力学参数。将升温速率外推为零,得到了理论上系统处于热平衡状态下的动力学参数Eβ→0与ln Aβ→0。将Eβ→0与Eα→0相比较,确定了Al_2(SO_4)_3·18H_2O脱水的最可能机理是2级和1/3级的两段反应过程。 The kinetic mechanism model of the aluminum sulfate dehydration based on DTA/TGA analysis is studied, the DTA and TG map are analyzed, and the type of the dehydration process of aluminum sulfate hydrate and the dehydration temperature characteristics are discussed. In the assumption that mechanism function of the corresponding kinetic parameters, 30 different mechanism functions of the corresponding kinetic parameters are gain. When heating rate will be extrapolated to zero, in theory the system has been in a state of thermal equilibrium of kinetic parameters Eβ→0 and InAβ→0 0. Comparing Eβ→0 with Eα→0, the most likely mechanism of Al2 (SO+)3 · 18H2O dehydration is 2 and 1/3 reactions two process.
