摘要全球知识经济的快速发展推动了创新范式的持续转型,创新范式经历了线性闭合式创新——开放式创新——开放式创新2.0的逻辑演进过程。开放式创新2.0范式是一种以整合协同、共同创造共享价值、创新生态系统等为典型特征的新一代开放式创新范式。政府-大学-产业-公众或公民社会"四重螺旋"创新生态系统是开放式创新2.0范式的典型实现模式。在开放式创新2.0时代,面向大众创新创业的开放式创新大学正在成为大学发展的新向度。 Rapid development of global knowledge - based economy has been driving sustaining shift of innovation paradigm which has undergone the logical evolution process from Linear closed innovation, open innovation 1.0 to open innovation 2. 0. Open innovation 2.0 paradigm is one new type of open innovation paradigm with such attributes as integrated collaboration, co - created shared value, innovation ecosystems and so on. Government - university - industry - civil society quadruple helix innovation ecosystem is the realization model of open innovation 2.0. In the era of open innovation 2.0, open innovation university toward mass innovation and entrepreneurship is becoming new university dimension.
