紫锥菊提取物——菊苣酸对高寒放牧牦牛血常规的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为了研究紫锥菊提取物——菊苣酸对高寒放牧牦牛血常规的影响,试验选取40头健康牦牛,随机分为4组,空白对照组自由放牧,试验1组、试验2组、试验3组每头牦牛每天清晨分别投喂100,150,200 mg的菊苣酸胶囊后自由放牧,进行为期60 d的试验,并分别于投喂菊苣酸胶囊第0,15,30,45天空腹颈静脉采血测定血常规指标。结果表明:添加菊苣酸能显著增加牦牛血液中白细胞数和红细胞数,升高血红蛋白含量,对牦牛机体适应高海拔、低氧环境,提高免疫力和抵抗炎性反应具有积极作用。 To study the effect of chicoric acid extracted from Echinacea on routine blood indexes in grazing yaks on alpine, 40 healthy yaks were selected in the test. The yaks were randomly divided into four groups, including a control group and three experimental groups. The yaks in control group were uncontrolled grazing, and yaks in the experiment groups 1,2 and 3 were fed 100,150, and 200 mg chicoric acid capsules be- fore uncofitrolled grazing, respectively. The test lasted for 60 d, and blood samples were collected from jugular veins of fasting yaks at 0 d, 15 d, 30 d, and 45 d for determining the routine blood indexes, respectively. The results showed that adding chicoric acid could significantly increase the numbers of white blood cells and red blood cells, and also increase the content of hemoglobin. It had a positive effect on the adap- tive ability of high altitude, hypoxic environment, enhanced immunity and resistance to inflammatory response for yak body.
