低浓度低剂量碘对比剂在犬肾动脉CT造影中的研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究低浓度低剂量碘对比剂在犬肾动脉CT血管成像中的可行性,试验将6只健康家犬随机分为3组,分别接受低浓度不同剂量碘对比剂,然后进行犬肾动脉CT血管成像扫描,测量所获图像CT值并进行评分。结果表明:低浓度低剂量碘对比剂组可清晰显示双侧肾动脉及其3级分支,各剂量组间的肾动脉清晰度及分支显示情况评分结果差异不显著(P>0.05);各剂量组犬肾动脉走行5个层面的CT值随着碘对比剂剂量降低呈现下降趋势,但CT值均大于200 Hu,各组间比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明应用低浓度低剂量碘对比剂进行犬肾动脉CT血管成像,可获得满足临床诊断要求的图像。
