摘要
制备了不同敏化条件下的Incoloy028合金试样,采用金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪、能谱仪、扫描电镜等对试样进行测试,分析了敏化温度和敏化时间对试样析出相的数量、结构、分布、形态、成分的影响;并利用10%的草酸电解试样,分析合金析出相对Incoloy028合金耐腐蚀性的影响。结果表明,Incoloy028合金在800~1 000℃条件下敏化处理时的第二相析出数量较多,在700℃左右时析出相较少;同一敏化温度,随着敏化时间的延长,合金中析出相的量逐渐增加,析出相中Cr、Mo元素含量高,Fe、Ni低,这是造成028合金耐腐蚀能力下降的主要原因。
By using computer-based microscope,X-ray diffraction,electron microscopy with energy dispersive spectroscopy and so on,effects of sensitization temperature and time on number,structure,distribution,morphology and chemical composition of precipitates in Incoloy028 alloy samples prepared under different conditions were investigated.Meanwhile,using 10% the oxalic acid sample,influence of precipitates on corrosion resistance of the Incoloy028 alloy was analyzed.The results reveal that a higher secondary precipitates from Incoloy028 alloy with sensitization treatment at 800~1 000 ℃ can be observed while a less precipitates can be observed at about 700 ℃.At the same sensitizing temperature,with the extension of sensitization time,precipitates in the alloy can be increased gradually,in which Cr,Mo element content is increased,while Fe,Ni element is decreased,which is responsible for the decrease of corrosion resistance of Incoloy028 alloy.
