实现现代企业战略性薪酬,对于现代企业高效率的使用人才,提升现代企业核心竞争力至关重要。文中运用管理学相关理论,从管理学科的视角对薪酬进行审视,探讨现代企业战略薪酬体系对企业绩效的影响。以现代企业战略薪酬体系的各个方面作为研究的主体,通过案例分析,为现代企业从战略上重视和提升人力资源作用提供了理论支撑和政策框架。
Strategic compensation is important to the development of modem enterprises. The paper analyses the compensation from the perspective of management, and discusses the impact of strategic compensation system on enterprise performance. Taking every component of the salary system as the research subject and making case studies, it provides theoretical support and policy framework for human resources management of enterprises.
