摘要
摘要：导致事故发生的直接原因主要有人的不安全行为和物的不安全状态，但实际上绝大多数事故的发生都是由人的不安全行为导致。在道路施工过程中，施工人员不安全行为往往会成为重大的事故隐患。本文在不安全行为致因分析的基础上，建立“瑞士奶酪”模型说明不安全行为组合干预必要性，并通过对相关文献和事故案例分析进行搜集和整理，构建道路施工不安全行为组合干预方法集，为道路建设单位对施工人员进行科学有效的安全行为管理提供必要的理论基础和指导。
The main causes for accident are hominine unsafe behaviors and unsafe condition of objects. However, in actual most of the accidents are resulted from hominine unsafe behaviors. In the process of road construction, the unsafe behaviors of builders will often become serious accident potential. Based on the causation analysis to hominine unsafe behaviors, the Swiss cheese model is developed to demonstrate the necessity of the combination intervence, and thenthe measures set for road construction unsafe behaviors is also established by collecting and organizing the relevant literatures and accident case studies in order to provide some necessary theoretical basis and guidance for road construction enterprises scientifically and efficiently managing their personnel＇s safety behaviors.
