摘要
目的观察电针百会、印堂配合背俞穴走罐治疗中风后抑郁的临床疗效。方法将98例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组49例。对所有患者均进行中风病的基础治疗,对照组并口服盐酸氟西汀胶囊,治疗组在对照组基础上再采用电针百会、印堂配合背俞穴走罐的治疗方法。所有患者在治疗前,以及治疗4,8,12周后分别进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表[HAMD(24项)]评分以判定疗效。结果 2组患者治疗前后HAMD评分自身对照均具有显著性差异(P<0.01);治疗12周后,2组组间HAMD评分有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论在口服氟西汀基础上,电针百会、印堂配合背俞穴走罐治疗中风后抑郁较单独口服氟西汀疗效显著提高,并能减少药物副作用。
Objective To observe the effect of electroacupuncture at Baihui, Yintang combined with moving cupping on back-shu point in treating post stroke depression. Methods 98 cases were randomly divided into treatment group （ n = 49） and control group （ n = 49）. All patients were treated with primary care of stroke. The control group was treated with fluoxetine hydrochloride besides the basic treatment. The cases of treatment group were treated with electroacupuncture at Baihui and Yintang and moving cupping on back-shu point besides the basic treatment of control group. Both groups were evaluated with Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD） （24 items） before the treatment, 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment. Results HAMD scores showed significant differences before-after treatment in both groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. 12 weeks after treatment, HAMD score showed significant difference between 2 groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Based on oral fluoxetine, electroacupuncture at Baihui and Yintang combined with moving cupping on back-shu point has significant effect on post stroke depression and can significantly reduce the side effects of fluoxetine.
