摘要
我国铅资源逐渐减少,如何从含铅玻璃粉等废品中高效回收铅日益受到重视。研究采用浸出-置换的方法对高铅玻璃粉进行处理,考察了浸出氢氧化钠浓度、浸出料浆液固比、浸出时间和温度等因素对浸出效果的影响。结果表明:在氢氧化钠浓度为5 mol/L,浸出液固比为4∶1,浸出温度为95℃,浸出时间为2 h的最佳条件下,可获得铅浸出率为84.32%的指标,采用分批添加锌粉置换方式,可使浸出液中铅的置换率达到99.28%。
To efficiently recycle lead from glass powder and other waste get more and more attention because thelead resources were rapidly scarce in China. Leaching-replacement method was used for processing high-lead glasspowder and the effects of experimental conditions were investigated, such as leaching temperature concentration ofsodium hydroxide ,leaching of liquid-solid ratio and leaching time. The leaching rate of 84. 32% lead was obtainedunder the condition of the concentration of sodium hydroxide of 5 mol/L,leaching of liquid-solid ratio of 4 : 1 ,leac-hing temperature of 95℃ and leaching time of 2h. Under the above test conditions, lead leaching solution of84. 32%was obtained. The lead replacement rate of lead by batch addition of zinc was at 99.28%.
