摘要
在变频电源供电的交流电机运行中,电动机轴承端产生的轴电流会导致电机轴承损坏,影响电机正常运行.建立了电机内部耦合参数共模等效电路,逆变器产生的共模电压在耦合电容作用下产生轴电压和轴电流.为了抑制逆变器驱动下感应电机的轴电流,采用了两套无源滤波装置,并对该滤波方法进行了仿真分析.通过对轴电压、轴电流的仿真分析,可以看出该装置能有效抑制轴电流.
When AC motor is drived by variable frequency power, the shaft current will cause the motor's bearing damage and affect the normal operation. The paper builds coupling parameter common mode equivalent circuit of motor inside. The common mode voltage of inverter drive induces shaft voltage and shaft current under the influence of coupling capacitances in the motor. In order to prevent the shaft voltage for induction motor under the drive by inverter, this paper adopts two sets of passive filter devices, and simulation study has been carried out based on the filter method. Through the simulation analysis for shaft current and shaft voltage, the corresponding prevention and suppression measures from aspects of machine design and manufacturing process are proposed.
