摘要
为了实现对螺旋叶片自动跟踪焊接,在传统机床的基础上设计了一种螺旋叶片自动焊接机床。该机床利用步进电机分别对螺旋叶片的旋转运动和焊枪的直线运动进行联合控制,实现了螺旋叶片与圆柱连接处的空间曲线接缝的焊接。通过数学建模和相应的插补运算,保证了其焊接的精度要求。该机床可以实现一般的点焊、直线焊以及圆弧焊,还可以满足不同长度螺旋叶片的焊接要求,机构简单,操作方便,效率高。最后对自动焊接机床的系统精度进行分析,并提出了改善措施。
In order to realize the automatic tracking welding function of spiral blade,it puts up a spiral blade welding machine on the basis of traditional machine tools.Using the stepping motor,it combines control of the spindle's rotary motion and the movement of the gun rack apron,realizes the welding of space curve joint of the connection between the spiral blade and cylinder.Based on the mathematical modeling and the corresponding interpolation operation,this machine ensures the accuracy of welding requirements,and achieves a general linear and circular arc welding,spot welding,satisfies the welding of spiral blade of different length,is convenient operation and high efficiency.Finally,it analyzes the system precision of welding machine and provides some improvement measures.
