摘要 采用简化法对半潜式钻井平台的疲劳损伤和应力范围进行分析,并通过平台结构疲劳谱闭合分析得到波浪谱的短期分布密度函数,根据Miner线性累积疲劳损伤准则求解平台整体疲劳损伤。研究半潜式钻井平台在极端海况下的疲劳损伤对其疲劳寿命的影响,以及历史疲劳损伤对在用半潜式钻井平台的剩余寿命产生的影响,并提出基于历史损伤累积效应和极端海洋环境载荷作用的半潜式钻井平台剩余寿命分析方法。 In this paper we use the simplified method to analyze the fatigue damage and stress range of semi - sub- mersible drilling platform, and get the short wave spectrum density function in the fatigue spectrum closed analysis of platform structure; a whole total fatigue damage on the platform is obtained by using Miner linear cumulative fatigue damage criteria. Based on the study on the fatigue damage effect of semi - submersible drilling platform to its fatigue life in extreme sea conditions, and analysis of the effects of the historical fatigue damage produced to the remaining life of the semi - submersible drilling platform in use, we proposed a research method to calculate the residual life of semi - submersible drilling platform based on historical damage cumulative effect and extreme ocean environment load.
