摘要
在实验室研究的基础上,结合丙烯酰胺的实际生产工艺,探索丙烯酰胺的闪蒸提纯工艺。在传统闪蒸提纯工艺的基础上,运用串联工艺,使丙烯酰胺循环反应,最终提升产品质量。传统工艺的纯度是98%,工艺优化后使产品杂质减少,产品纯度提高到99.635%。
A flash distillation craft of the acrylamide was explored based on the laboratory studies combining with the actual production craft. After the improvement of the traditional flash purification process, series process is used to make the circular reaction of Acrylamide, which can improve the quality of products. The purity of the traditional process is 98% , while after process optimization when impurity of the acrylamide was reduced, product purity in-creases to 99. 635 %.
