摘要
采用小试对配制的4种质量浓度(低、中低、中高和高质量浓度)含氟废水进行了加载絮凝与聚合硫酸铁(PFS)+聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)二段絮凝对比试验研究。根据对出水上清液的氟质量浓度、总铅质量浓度、浊度及污泥含水率的分析,综合评价了两种工艺处理性能。结果表明,加载絮凝工艺对4种质量浓度含氟废水的各项净水效能均优于PFS+PAM二段絮凝,且在相同PFS投加量下,加载絮凝工艺产生的污泥含水率更低。
This paper intends to compare two flocculation methods to be used for treating the fluoride sewage known as the loading flocculation process and that of the traditional polymeric ferric sulfate( PFS) + polyacrylamide( PAM) two-stage flocculation. Particularly speaking,our discussion has been focused on the way to heighten the efficiency of PFS in the two processes. In the beaker experiment,the sampling sewage can be divided into that with four kinds of fluorine concentration, that is,60 mg / L,300 mg / L,900 mg / L and 1 500 mg / L. Then we have managed to test the superrnate fluorine concentration,the superrnate lead concentration,the supernate turbidity,and the sludge moisture content in the two flocculation processes in hoping to figure out which process is more suitable for the purpose of PFS application.The experimental results we have gained from our testing and experiment show that the loading flocculation process turns out to be that for better purification efficiency than the traditional two-stage flocculation process. As to the sample of low fluorine concentration( 60 mg / L),the supernate F-of loading flocculation process proves lower than the traditional flocculation one by 56. 9% on the average. And,in turn,the supenate Pb of loading flocculation process also proves to be lower than the traditional flocculation one by 65% on average. On the other hand,the supernate turbidity of traditional flocculation process is higher than loading flocculation process by about 50%. The same regularity proves right for the experiments on the sewage of mid-low grade( 300 mg / L),mid-high grade( 900 mg / L) and the high( 1 500 mg / L) of the fluorine concentration. What is more,it is necessary to point it out that under the same PFS dosage,the sludge moisture content of the flocculation should be lower than that for the traditional flocculation process,especially for the sewage of low and mid-low fluorine concentrations. Furthermore,we have gained such results as the total lead and the turbidity of the effluent through the analysis of the concentration of fluorine basically under 12 mg / L while only 4% of the traditional two-stage flocculation process is under 15 mg / L. The total effluent lead of the loading flocculation process has been found lower than that for the traditional flocculation process at least by 60%. And,luckily enough,the effluent turbidity of loading the flocculation process turns out to be steady under 1. 5 NTU,which can be said much more advantageous over the traditional flocculation process.
