摘要
目的:查阅近年相关文献,总结骨折术后感染原因,归纳具体治疗措施。方法:分析近年骨折内固定术后感染患者相关文献,总结骨折内固定术后感染的原因及对策。结果:骨折内固定术后感染原因是多方面的,通过各方面原因分析为骨折术后感染的控制和预防提供参考依据。结论:对骨折内固定术后感染干预的关键是做到早发现、早治疗,通过合理使用敏感抗生素,严格遵循无菌操作技术,规范侵入性操作,提高机体抵抗力,可减少骨折术后感染发生率,提高患者的预后。
Objective： To sum up specific therapeutic measures by consulting the related literature in recent years and summarizing postoperative infection causes after internal fixation. Methods： The reasons and strategies of postoperative infection after fracture internal fixation were summarized by analyzing the related literature of the pa- tients in recent years. Results： The reasons of postoperative infection after internal fixation was extensive, and it could provide the reference for the control and prevention of fracture postoperative infection in clinic by analyzing the reasons. Conclusion： The key point of postoperative infection after internal fixation is to find early and treat ear- ly, rational use of antibiotics, strictly following the orders of aseptic technique, regulating invasive technique and im- proving body resistance could reduce the incidence of postoperative infection and raise the prognosis of the patients.
