流程化护理干预对胃肠镜检查术患者心理的影响 被引量:18

The Influence of Process Nursing Intervention on the Psychology of the Patients Undergoing Gastrointestinal Endoscopy

摘要 目的:探究流程化护理干预对胃肠镜检查术患者心理及疗效的影响。方法:将采用胃肠镜检查术的患者214例按照数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组各107例。对照组按常规胃肠镜检查术进行操作,观察组在对照组基础上增加流程化护理干预。对比2组患者检查时心理状况及检查时间、收缩压等指标。结果:观察组在检查时出现恐惧不安、紧张焦虑等心理状况及检查不配合的比例均少于对照组,并且观察检查操作时间、麻醉用药量、发生呼吸抑制比例以及检查时患者的收缩压、心率也小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对进行胃肠镜检查术的患者应用流程化护理干预能有效缓解患者心理状况,减轻患者心理压力。并且对检查时间、麻醉药物用量有显著降低作用,检查时收缩压及心率波动小,检查效果更好。 Objective: To explore the influence of process nursing intervention on the psychology and clinical effects of the patients who were undergoing gastrointestinal endoscopy. Methods: All 214 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method, 107 cases each group. The patients in the control group accepted routine gastrointestinal endoscopy, and the observation group process nursing intervention on the basis of the therapy the control group received. The indexes of psychological state, exam- ination time, systolic pressure of the patients in both groups were compared. Results: The observation group was less than the control group in showing psychological states including fear, intensity and others, the ratio of the patients didn't cooperate in the examination, and smaller than the control group in examination operation time, anesthesia dosage, the ratio of appearing respiratory inhibition, systolic pressure and heart rate at the examination time, and the difference had statistical meaning (P〈 0.05). Conclusion: Process nursing given to the patients undergoing gastroin- testinal endoscopy could effectively relieve psychological state of the patients and alleviate mental pressure. It could decrease examination time and anesthesia dosage notably, and it shows better examination effects when the patients present small wave of systolic pressure and heart rate.
