摘要
目的:观察穴位注射辅助治疗抑郁症的疗效。方法:将抑郁障碍患者62例根据入院先后顺序采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各31例,对照组予帕罗西汀治疗,治疗组在对照组药物治疗的基础上采用穴位注射中药治疗,3个疗程后观察效果。结果:总有效率治疗组为96.8%,对照组为90.3%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位注射辅助治疗抑郁障碍效果较好。
Objective： To observe clinical effects of acupoint injection in treating depression as adjunctive therapy. Methods： All 62 patients were allocated to the treatment group and the control group according to the hospi- talization orders by adopting the number table. The patients of the control group were treated with paroxetinc, and the treatment group with acupoint injection on the basis of the therapy the control group accepted, clinical effects of both groups were observed in three courses of the treatment. Results： Total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.8%, higher than 90.3% of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupoint injection in treating depression as adjunctive therapy could obtain better effects.
