摘要
从中医对"颅脑损伤"认识的现状、颅脑损伤中医命名的尴尬、"外伤性脑病"作为颅脑损伤相关疾病中医病名的合理性、"外伤性脑病"急性期辨证分型的探讨4个方面进行总结分析,提出"外伤性脑病"作为颅脑损伤相关疾病中医命名的观点,为颅脑损伤的中医药治疗研究和学术交流提供理论依据。
The concept of ＂traumatic encephalopathy＂ as TCM disease name of craniocerebral injury related disease was raised from current state of TCM understanding to ＂craniocerebral injury＂, the difficulty of craniocere- bral injury TCM naming, the reasonability of ＂traumatic encephalopathy＂ as TCM name of craniocerebral injury re- lated disease, syndrome differentiation and patterns of ＂traumatic encephalopathy＂ at acute stage, therefore to dis- cuss with other experts, in order to provide theoretical evidence for TCM treatment and academic communication of eraniocerebral injury.
