摘要
李玉贤主任医师认为慢性萎缩性胃炎其病机以中焦寒热错杂,气机升降失和为主,兼有虚、瘀、痰、毒等病理因素,治疗遵辛开苦降之法,根据兼夹症辅以健脾益气、化瘀通络、消痰泄浊、解毒散结等法,且以仲景"黄连汤"为主方化裁而成"和胃汤"应用于临床疗效确切。
Chief physician Li Yuxian thought that the pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis （CAG） was in- termingled cold and heat pattern in the middle energizer and Qi disorder mainly, complicated with deficiency, stag- nation, phlegm, toxin and others, the therapy should follow acrid opening and bitter downbearing method, assisting with the methods of invigorating spleen and Qi, eliminating stagnation and dredging the collaterals, eliminating phlegm and the turbidity, detoxifying and eliminating the mass and others, HeWei Tang, which varied from Zhang Zhongjing＇s HuangLian Tang, could obtain definite effects in clinical application.
