摘要
目的:研究兰州百合与药用百合在鉴定学方面的不同。方法:分别从性状鉴别、显微鉴别和理化鉴别3方面研究兰州百合与药用百合的不同,对兰州百合质量做出基本的客观评价,为药用百合提供后备资源。结果:兰州百合与药用百合生药在外形及性状上相似,在灰分等理化鉴定方面差别较小,但在显微鉴定方面明显不同。结论:兰州百合与药用百合仅在显微鉴定方面有一定的差别,可以作为药用百合后备资源的参考。
Objective： To study the differences existed in the identification of Lanzhou lily and officinal lily. Methods： The differences between Lanzhou lily and officinal lily were investigated from morphological identification, microscopic identification and physical and chemical identification respectively, therefore, to make basic objective assessment of the quality of Lanzhou lily, and provide backup resources for officinal lily. Results： Lanzhou lily was similar to officinal lily in the appearance and properties, little difference in the ash content of physical and chemical identification, while significant difference in microscopic identification. Conclusion： Lanzhou lily shows certain differences compared with officinal lily only in microscopic identification, which could be taken as the reference of backup resources for officinal lily.
