摘要
目的:观察复方黄鼬乌鸡羊肝丸治疗不同中医证型慢性再生障碍性贫血的临床疗效。方法:将慢性再生障碍性贫血患者58例随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组再按中医证型分为肾阳虚型、肾阴虚型、阴阳两虚型,并分别予经验方复方黄鼬乌鸡羊肝丸Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ号对症治疗,对照组给予环孢菌素A和康力龙治疗,比较各组治疗后疗效、外周血象及骨髓象变化情况。结果:总有效率治疗组为85.00%,对照组为77.78%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);各组治疗前后外周血象各指标比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组,治疗组肾阳虚型优于肾阴虚型(P<0.05);各组治疗前后骨髓增生程度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:复方黄鼬乌鸡羊肝丸治疗CAA的疗效优于西药环孢菌素A和康立龙。
Objective： To observe clinical effects of compound HuangYou WuJi YangGan pills in treating chronic aplastic anemia （CAA） of different patterns. Methods： All 58 patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group, the treatment group were given compound HuangYou WuJi YangGan pills No. Ⅰ , Ⅱ and Ⅲ according to the patterns of renal Yang deficiency pattern, renal Yiu deficiency pattern and dual deficiency pattern of YinYang, the control group were treated with cyclosporin A and stanazolol, therapeutic effects were as- sessed by comparing clinical effects after treating, peripheral blood and bone marrow in different groups. Results： Total effective rate of the treatment group was 85.00%, higher than 77.78% of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning （P〈0.05）; the difference showed statistical meaning in the comparison of the indexes of pe- ripheral blood between before and after treating in different groups（P〈0.05）, the treatment group was superior to the control group, the treatment group of renal Yang deficiency pattern was superior to the group of renal Yin deficiency pattern （P〈0.05）; and the difference had no statistical meaning in the comparison of bone marrow hyperplasia be- tween before and after treating in different groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Clinical effects of compound HuangYou WuJi YangGan pills are better than these ofcyclosporin A and stanazolol in treating CAA.
