摘要
目的探讨集束化护理在髋关节置换患者围术期护理中的应用效果。方法选择本院接受髋关节置换术的124例患者,按照随机数字法分为实验组与对照组,各62例,对照组在围术期采取常规护理模式,实验组则在对照组的基础上采取集束化护理模式,比较2组患者护理干预前后SAS与SDS评分、疼痛程度、并发症发生率、住院时间、满意度评分、术后6个月关节功能。结果实验组在疼痛程度、SAS与SDS评分、住院时间、护理满意度评分、术后6个月关节功能优良率以及髋关节脱位、DVD形成、便秘、感染及感染等并发症发生率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理可降低患者疼痛程度、SAS与SDS评分,减少住院时间、并发症发生率,提高护理满意度,促进预后。
Objective replacement surgery. Methods To investigate application of cluster care in patients undergoing hip A total of 124 patients with hip replacement surgery, were randomized into the experimental group and control group, with 62 cases in each group, the control group re- ceived perioperative routine care model, the experimental group was taken o cluster care on the basis of control group, SAS and SDS scores before and after nursing intervention, pain, morbidity, hospital stay, satisfaction score, joint function after six months were compared. Results Pain, SAS and SDS scores, hospitalization, nursing care satisfaction scores, the excellent rate of joint function after six months, and hip dislocation, DVD formation, constipation, infections and infections related complications in the experimental group were significantly better than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Cluster care could reduce pain degree, SAS and SDS scores, hospitalization time and incidence of complications. And it can improve nursing satisfaction and excellent rate of joint func- tion, and promote prognosis.
