脾脏原发性淋巴瘤的CT、PET／CT表现 被引量：3

摘要 脾脏原发性淋巴瘤（primary splenic lymphoma，PSL）是一种罕见的恶性淋巴瘤，占全身淋巴瘤的1％。目前关于脾脏原发性淋巴瘤影像表现的文献报道较少，多为个案报道。本文回顾性分析经病理确诊的12例脾脏原发性淋巴瘤的临床、病理、CT、PET／CT资料，旨在提高对本病CT及PET／CT表现的认识。
