摘要
目的研究分析MRI在膝关节退行性骨关节病诊断中的应用效果。方法选取2014年1月至2015年12月收治的膝关节退行性骨关节病患者118例作为研究对象,分别对相关患者实施MRI检查以及X线检查,分析两种检查方式的检查结果。结果 MRI检查诊断准确率显著高于X线检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MRI可在提高对膝关节退行性骨关节病的诊断准确率,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of MRI in the diagnosis of degenerative osteoarthritis of the knee joint. Methods 118 cases in our hospital with knee degenerative bone joint disease were sampled from January 2014 to December 20]5, the examination of MRI and X - ray was implemented respectively, the results of the two examination were compared. Results The positive rate and accuracy of clinical diagnosis were statistical significantly higher than that of X - ray （P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion The application of MRI technology in the diagnosis of knee degenerative joint disease can improve the diagnosis rate of the disease, and it was worth to be propagandize clinically.
