摘要
目的为了提高产科护理质量,对产科护理中存在的不安全因素进行重点分析与把握,并在此基础上寻找科学的管理对策,以提高产科护理工作的质量,为产妇提供科学护理。方法选取该院于2014年1月—2015年1月收治的800例产妇作为该次研究的对象,对所选产妇接受临床护理中存在的护理差错进行总结与分析,并且针对产科护理中可能存在的护理风险事件进行分析,以此为基础加强产科护理管理。结果在所选择的800例产妇临床护理中,共发生了22例护理差错事件,护理差错事件的发生率达到2.75%。分析发现导致护理差错事件发生的主要原因为护士因素、产妇及其家属因素、管理因素、环境因素等。该院在对护理差错事件进行分析后提出了管理对策,所选800例产妇的护理中还有712例,仅发生2例护理差错事件,发生率明显下降。结论产科护理对于产妇及新生儿来说十分重要,院方及护理人员需要对产科护理中存在的不安全因素进行重点分析,并且提出管理对策,将产科护理差错事件发生率控制在最低范围内。
Objective To give a key analysis and mastery of unsafe factors existing in the nursing in the department of obstetrics and search for the scientific management strategies on this basis in order to improve the nursing work quality in the department of obstetrics and provide scientific nursing for the delivery women. Methods 800 cases of delivery women admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected as the research objects, and the nursing errors of the delivery women selected in the clinical nursing were summarized and analyzed, the potential nursing risk events in the department of obstetrics were analyzed, and the nursing management in the department of obstetrics was enhanced. Results In the clinical nursing of 800 cases of delivery women selected, there were 22 cases of nursing error events, and the incidence rate of nursing error events reached 2.75%, and the main causes of nursing error events were nurse, delivery women and their family, management and environment, and the management strategies were put forwards after analyzing the nursing error events, and there were only 2 nursing error events in the 800 cases of the remaining 712 cases of delivery women selected, and the incidence rate obviously decreased. Conclusion The nursing in the department of obstetrics is vital to the delivery women and newborns, and the hospital and nursing personnel need to give a key analysis of unsafe factors existing in the nursing in the department of obstetrics, put forwards the management strategies and minimize the incidence rate of nursing error events in the department of obstetrics.
