摘要
随着社会的不断发展,社会各行业对中医学专业人才的要求越来越高,在这种大环境下,如何实现中医学专业人才综合素质的进一步提升,是我们必须要考虑的问题。而构建中医学专业人才培养管理模式,则可以有效解决这一问题,实现中医学专业人才综合素质的提高,实现中医医学领域的可持续发展。该文以中医学专业人才培养管理模式的构建目标为切入点,系统阐述了中医学专业人才培养管理模式的构建路径,旨在为我国中医学领域的进一步发展奠定理论基础。
With the continuous development of society, the requirements of various trades in society for the traditional Chinese medicine professionals is higher and higher, in this background, how to further improve the overall quality of traditional Chinese medicine professionals is the issue that we must considerate, and constructing the cultivation management model of traditional Chinese medicine professional can effectively solve the problem, improve the overall quality of them and realize the sustainable development of traditional Chinese medicine field. The paper systematically elaborates the construction route of cultivation management model of traditional Chinese medicine professionals in order to lay theoretical foundation for the further development of traditional Chinese medicine field in China from the construction goal of cultivation management model of traditional Chinese medicine professionals.
