摘要
农业面源因其污染种类较多、产生量大、分布面广,严重影响农村水体及土壤环境质量,成为农业可持续发展的瓶颈,治理农业面源污染已刻不容缓。该文在分析农业面源污染来源及污染特征的基础上,从农村环境管理体系的建立、农业规划政策的融合及监测预警等方面提出了农业面源污染的治理对策。
Agricultural non-point source pollution severely impacts water and soil environmental quality in rural ar- eas, due to numerous types and significant amount of pollution, and wide distribution of sources. It has become the bottleneck of sustainable development of agriculture, and made management of agricultural non-point source utterly urgent. In this article, prevention strategies for agricultural non-point source pollution are analysis of source of agricultural non-point source pollution and pollution characteristics, from aspects such as the establishment of rural environmental management systems, the integration of agricultural planning, and monitoring and early warning.
