摘要
该文首先研究了4个水稻品种的Cd吸收积累状况,并对水稻的Cd积累类型作出区分,之后对水稻体内各抗氧化酶与水稻Cd吸收的关系进行了分析。结果显示,GR活性与茎叶Cd含量之间存在显著负相关(P<0.05),且GR在低积累型水稻体内的活性显著高于高积累型(P<0.05),APX的研究结果则和GR相反。这表明,GR活性的提高对减少Cd吸收也起到积极的作用,APX则起到消极作用。
In present studies, Cd uptake and distribution of 4 rice cuhivars have been studies by a pot trial (added with lOmg Cdkg-1) and a hydroponic experiment under 4 Cd levels (0, 25, 50 and 100μM). Then, the responses of the antioxidant enzyme of rice under Cd stress, and the relationship between activities of antioxidant enzyme and rice Cd uptake have been also explored by a hydroponic culture.The results showed that there were significant differences in activities of glutathione reductase (GR) and ascorbic acid peroxidase (APX) among 4 rice cultivars, especially be- tween W2168 and RBQ. The activities of GR in RBQ were higher than in W2168, APX were opposite. In addition, significant positive correlation existed between Cd concentrations and APX activities in shoot (P 〈 0.05). Activities of GR were negatively related to Cd concentrations in shoot (P 〈 0.05).These results indicated that, the improvement of the activities of GR may reduce the rice Cd uptake. APX were opposite.
