美国抗病毒药物说明书中影响精子生成和成熟的内容分析 被引量:3

摘要 以美国食品药品监督管理局(FDA)收录的抗病毒药物说明书为研究对象,检索并提供抗病毒药影响人类及动物精子生成和成熟的相关内容。甲磺酸地拉维定、更昔洛韦、更昔洛韦钠和缬更昔洛韦等4种抗病毒药物可以影响人类精子的生成及成熟,分别导致血精、附睾炎、睾丸萎缩等,从而抑制了精子的生成。动物实验发现,阿昔洛韦、博赛泼维、西多福韦、恩替卡韦、泛昔洛韦、美格鲁特、喷昔洛韦、三氟尿苷等会干扰动物精子的生成和成熟。西多福韦可能会影响人类精子的发生及成熟,而其他7种药物是否干扰人类精子的发生与成熟,尚未定论。 The instructions of antiviral drugs issued by FDA were selected,and the related contents on affecting spermatogenesis and maturation were reviewed and provided. Delavirdine mesylate,ganciclovir,ganciclovir sodium and valganciclovir were most likely to affect human spermatogenesis and maturation with the results of human hemospermia,epididymitis and testicular hypotrophy et al.Eight antiviral agents acyclovir,boceprevir,cidofovir,entecavir,famciclovir,miglustat,penciclovir and trifluridine showed the interference with spermatogenesis and maturation in animal experiments,and among them,cidofovir might impair human sperm production and maturation,while there was no confirmed conclusion on the others.
