摘要
针对传统插秧机伤秧率高的问题,研制一种钵式水稻插秧机。该钵式水稻插秧机通过增加取秧机构,实现按钵取苗,大幅度降低伤秧率。从钵式水稻插秧机的总体构造入手,介绍其关键部件送秧机构和取秧机构的工作原理,设计横向、纵向送秧机构和再定位机构,并确定送秧机构的关键参数。田间试验表明:该钵式水稻插秧机工作可靠,不仅较好地满足农艺技术要求,而且提高整机的栽植质量。
To solve the problems of the high rate of seeding injury by traditional transplanter,a seedling-picking machinery of rice transplanter was developed.By increasing the seedling picking mechanism,the rice transplanter realized the goal:picking seedlings of bowl and damaged-rate of seedling were decreased.From the overall structure of rice transplanter,the key part was introduced.The operating principle of seedling feeding mechanism and seedling picking mechanism were analyzed.Crosswise and 1engthwise seedlingdelivering mechanisms and the relocation mechanism were designed.The key parameters of seedling feeding mechanism were determined finally.The field experimental indicates that the rice transplanter has high working reliability.It not only meets the requirement of agricultural technology,but also improves the quality of the planting of the machine.
