摘要
目的探讨T2DM患者血清成纤维细胞生长因子-21(FGF-21)水平与下肢动脉粥样硬化(LEAD)的关系。方法 ELISA测定了75例T2DM患者血清FGF-21水平,分析FGF-21水平与臀围、WC、血脂及血糖的关系;彩色多普勒超声仪对患者的下肢动脉进行评估,分析血清FGF-21水平与LEAD的关系。结果 LEAD组血清FGF-21水平低于无LEAD组(Non-LEAD组)(P<0.05)。单相关分析表明,血清FGF-21水平与WC呈正相关(r=0.256,P<0.05),校正年龄、BMI、性别因素后,血清FGF-21水平仍与WC呈正相关(r=0.256,P<0.05);多元逐步回归分析表明,WC是血清FGF-21的独立影响因素;Logistic回归分析表明,FGF-21是LEAD的影响因素。结论血清FGF-21水平与肥胖有关,可能参与了LEAD的发生发展。
Objective To explore the association of serum fibroblast growth factor-21 (FGF-21) levels with lower extremity atherosclerotic disease(LEAD) in type 2 diabetes (T2DM). Methods 75 patients with T2DM participated in the study. Fasting serum FGF-21 levels were measured with an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The relationship between serum FGF-21 levels and waistline, hip circumference,blood glucose, blood lipid were analyzed. Arteries of lower extremity were estimated by color Doppler ultrasound, to expl6re the potential link between FGF-21 levels and lower extremity atherosclerotic disease. Results The levels of serum FGF-21 in LEAD group were significantly lower than non-LEAD group[(200.5±10.3) vs (235.1±11.1) pg/ml,P〈0. 05]. Serum FGF-21 levels were positively correlated with waistline(r=0. 256,P〈0.05). After adjusting for age, body mass index(BMI) and sex, the correlation between FGF-21 and waistline persisted(r=0. 256, P〈0.05). Multiple regression analysis showed that waistline was independent related factor for serum FGF-21 level. Logistic regression analysis showed that FGF-21 was negative influencing factor for LEAD. Conclusion FGF-21 levels are associated with obesity, and probably involved in the development of lower extremity atherosclerosis.
