Research on the Mining Dilution Rate of Accumulated Bauxite

摘要 以平果铝土矿为例,针对堆积型铝土矿矿床的特殊性,总结分析了堆积型铝土矿开采贫化率指标的影响因素,论述了开采贫化率定义、设计计算方法、参数取值标准,建立了测算模型。经实际生产合格铝土矿品位统计,验证了贫化率指标设计规划体系取值及管控目标确定的合理性,研究成果指导生产实践,铝硅比贫化率降低了0.5~1.0,企业每年可获得综合效益2500万元以上。 Taking Pingguo bauxite mine as an example, in view of the particularity of accumulated bauxite deposit, the influencing factors of mining dilution rate was summarized and analyzed. Then, the definition of mining dilution rate, the design and calculation method, and the standard of pa- rameter selection were discussed. Furthermore, the meas- urement and calculation models were established. Through statistics on the grade of qualified bauxite, the designed val- ue of dilution rate and the determinated rationality of control target were verified. After the research results guiding the production practice, the alumina-silica ratio was reduced by 0.5 - 1.0, and the enterprise could obtain comprehensive benefits more than 25 million RMB each year.
