摘要
可持续生计是解决三峡库区贫困与生态环境脆弱的关键问题之一,分析移民与原住民生计的现状和差异可为区域制定相应改善生计的措施提供参考.在DFID的可持续生计分析框架的指导下,利用三峡库区实地调研数据,建立生计资本评价指标体系,运用熵值法计算出移民和原住民生计资本评价指标权重,再由加权平均综合标准模型计算出生计资本得分,在分析移民和原住民生计资本特征的基础上,进一步运用独立样本t检验法分析移民和原住民生计资本的差异.研究表明:移民和原住民的人力资本、社会资本、自然资本、物质资本、金融资本的总体水平偏低,生计多样性的发展受到制约,5类生计资本之间差异无统计学意义,具有较强的同质性.最后,对改善居民生计状况、提高生活质量的对策进行了探讨.
Sustainable livelihood of immigrants is one of the key problems of solving poverty and fragile ec ological environment of the Three Gorges Reservoir Area. Analyzing the present situation and differences of livelihood capitals between immigrants and aborigines can provide reference for making out correspond- ing measures to improve the livelihood condition. Under the guidance of DFID＇s sustainable livelihoods a nalysis framework, and based on the field survey data of the Three Gorges Reservoir area, evaluation index system of livelihood capitals has been established in this paper, and entropy evaluation method employed to calculate the evaluation index weight of immigrants and aborigines, and then the integrated scores of liveli hood capitals calculated by the weighted average integrated model. On the basis of analyzing the character istics of immigrants＇ and aborigines＇ livelihood capitals, independent samples t-test has been further applied to analyze the differences of livelihood capitals between immigrants and aborigines. The results show that the overall level of immigrants＇ and aborigines＇ human capital, social capital, natural capital, physical cap ital and financial capital are low which could restrict the development of livelihood diversity. Additionally, the differences of five kinds of livelihood capitals between immigrants and aborigines aren＇t statistically sig- nificant and to some extent they have strong homogeneity. Lastly, this paper simply discusses the related measures on improving the livelihood condition and enhancing the life quality of immigrants.
