完整结肠系膜切除临床研究进展 被引量：5

摘要 结直肠癌发病率仍在逐年上升,尽管其早期预防和治疗受到越来越多的关注,但其整体长期疗效并未明显改善。目前,结直肠癌的主要治疗方法仍是根治手术,改进手术方法对改善预后非常重要。完整结肠系膜切除（complete mesocolic excision,CME）是全直肠系膜切除（total mesorectal excision,TME）的技术延伸,有助于改善结肠癌根治效果。现就其进展综述如下。
