摘要
为了使村镇建设用地再开发工作顺利开展,结合GIS技术、数据仓库技术、数据挖掘技术,集成专家库、知识库、模型库、元数据库和共享信息库,建立集空间数据管理、空间应用模型分析和可视化空间辅助决策于一体的村镇建设用地再开发辅助空间决策支持系统。系统实现了对再开发数据的一体化管理、村镇建设用地再开发的适宜性分析与评价、设计与模拟、效果预评估等功能,并将其应用于广东省佛山市南海区广佛智城二号地块的再开发工作中,为村镇建设用地再开发提供了科学合理的决策支持。
In order to make the redevelopment of rural construction land orderly conducted, this paper designed a decision support system for redevelopment of rural construction land, which integrated into spatial data management, spatial analysis and visualizations of spatial decision support making, combining with GIS technology, data warehouse technology, data mining technology, integrated expert database, knowledge base, model base, metadata database and shared information base. The functions of the system include data integrated management, suitability evaluation and analysis of redevelopment of rural construction land, design and simulation, pre-assessment of effect, etc. The system was applied to redevelopment of Guangfo Zhicheng II in Nanhai District of Foshan City, and could provide scientific and rational decision support for the redevelopment of rural construction land.
