摘要
研究了产品在形成过程中的质量波动—不合格零件和安装误差对其可靠性影响的问题。首先,引入三种质量波动下的产品可靠性模型;然后,基于log-logistic概率分布对模型进行分析;最后,通过参数分析绘制三种质量波动下的失效率图和转换后的log-logistic图,通过非参数分析描述失效率图的形状特征。研究结果表明,在三种可靠性模型下绘制出的图形具有显著的形状特征,这些特征图能够监测产品在形成过程中的质量波动,进而有效地控制波动,提高产品的可靠性。
The effect of quality variations-unqualified components and assembly errors on product reliability are studied.Firstly,three product reliability models are introduced under different conditions,and then these models are analyzed based on the log-logistic distribution.The plots of failure rate and the plots of distribution function of transformed log-logistic distribution are drawn after parametric analysis.The shape feature of failure rate plots is described in a nonparametric approach.The results show that the figures have significant characteristics under three situations.These figures can be used to monitor quality variations of products in manufacturing,to control variations and to improve the reliability of the products effectively.
