摘要
探讨了正式与非正式的环境规制对企业绿色创新的影响机制并进行比较。研究结果发现,正式环境规制与非正式环境规制对企业绿色创新均具有显著的影响作用;企业宽裕资源对政府正式规制与绿色创新之间的关系具有正向调节效应,而对非正式的环境规制与绿色创新之间的关系不具有调节效应。此外,组织知识惯性对正式与非正式的环境规制与绿色创新之间的关系均具有负向调节效果。
This paper analyzes the influential mechanism of formal and informal environmental regulations on corporate greeninnovation. The conclusion is that formal and informal environmental regulations both have a positive effect on green innovation.Besides, organizational resource slack has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between formal environmentalregulations instead of informal regulations and corporate green innovation. Meanwhile, knowledge inertia has a negativemoderating effect between them.
