摘要
为了研究列车碰撞过程中的耐撞性端部吸能结构设计,提出一种基于LS-DYNA的列车碰撞1D能量匹配方法。根据匹配后得到的车体端部结构吸能量,介绍端部吸能结构设计中的经验要点,并以某地铁车辆端部吸能结构为例,通过试验与分析的对比,验证此方法在轨道车辆端部吸能结构设计中的可行性。
To study the crash-resistant end energy-absorbing structure design during a train crash,the article proposes a 1D energy matching method for train crashes based on LS-DYNA. According to the energy absorption that is obtained for the end structure of car body upon matching,it introduces the experience and key points for designing an end energy-absorbing structure. In addition,the article takes the end energy-absorbing structure of a metro vehicle for example and makes a comparison via test and analysis,validating the feasibility of such a method when design the end energy-absorbing structure for vehicles.
