摘要
目的:试用Meta分析研究Nd:YAG激光表面处理对树脂粘接剂与氧化锆粘接强度的影响,为提高树脂粘接剂与氧化锆的粘接强度提供循证证据。方法:通过计算机检索PubMed、Cochran Library、EMbase、CNKI、维普、万方等数据库,查找Nd:YAG激光表面处理氧化锆的相关研究,采用RevMan5.2软件对纳入的研究进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入8个研究,合计290个样本。Meta分析结果显示:Nd:YAG激光表面处理组与对照组比较,剪切粘接强度(P=0.02)和粗糙度(P=0.0001)均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义;Nd:YAG激光表面处理组的剪切粘接强度与Al_2O_3喷砂组比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.87),Nd:YAG激光表面处理组的粗糙度高于Al_2O_3喷砂组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.02)。结论:Nd:YAG激光表面处理能增加树脂粘接剂与氧化锆的粘接强度,但目前尚不能认为Nd:YAG激光表面处理优于Al_2O_3喷砂处理。
Objective: To evaluate the bond strength between resin cement and zirconia after Nd: YAG laser surface treatment by a Meta-analysis method. Methods: By searching PubMed, Cochrane Library, EMbase, CNKI, VIP, Wanfang database for the studies on Nd: YAG laser and bond strength between resin cement and zirconia, Meta-analysis were conducted using RevMan5.2 software. Results: A total of eight studies involving 193 samples were included. Meta-analysis showed that the shear bond strength of the Nd: YAG laser group is significantly higher than the control group (SMD=2.12, 95%CI[0.41, 3.83], P= 0.02). The surface roughness of the Nd:YAG laser group is significantly higher than the control group (SMD=6.55, 95%CI[3.22, 9.89], P= 0.0001). There were no significant differences in shear bond strength between Nd: YAG laser group and Al2O3 sandblasting group (SMD=0.21, 95%CI[-2.19, 2.61], P= 0.87), Nd: YAG laser group's Surface roughness is significantly higher than the Al2O3 sandblasting group (SMD=5.55, 95%CI[0.99, 10.12], P= 0.02). Conclusion: Nd: YAG laser may increase the bonding strength of the resin cement and zirconia while it is not clear whether Nd: YAG laser is better than Al2O3 sandblasting on the bond strength between resin cement and zirconia.
